How to apply for funds

To find out more about how as a MYHT Staff Member you can apply for Charitable Funding support, please contact the Fundraising Team who can guide you on the process. Remember all our Funding is to support to enhance and improve Patient experience, or to support the development of Staff which would ultimately result in improved Patient experience. Requesting Funds

If you have an idea for a project or a request for funding, please complete a Charitable Funds Approval form.[docx] 85KB

To apply for funding, you do not need to have a departmental MYHC fund or sufficient funds in a departmental MYHC fund. Please apply through our Charitable Funds Approval Form and we may be able to help.

Our Charitable Funds

MY Hospitals Charity hold many individual funds for departments across The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. We rely on the hospital to indicate where funds should be spent, and each fund has a Fund Manager who help towards the approval of expenditure requests.
