Matty Nutter Fundraiser 2024
Our community gathered together in a memorial football tournament on the 4th August, to show love and support in memory of Mathew Nutter.
£8,868.70 was raised altogether for Haematology research at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust.
16 teams took part in the tournament, followed by a cricket match in the afternoon.
Other events on the day included a raffle, with a chance to win one of 75 prizes, and an auction for a weekend away in a holiday home, and a PS5! For those who wanted to stay later on into the evening, a singer provided the entertainment.
The event was a huge success and everyone who attended created a great sense of community in the cause.
