Snowdrop Memorial Garden

We are excited to share that the very special Snowdrop Remembrance Garden at Pinderfields Hospital is now open!

This is an outdoor space for families who have suffered the loss of a baby to take time alone or to talk to someone in a similar situation when they need.

With the 20th year of Baby Loss Awareness week having just passed in October, and Christmas just round the corner, this is the perfect time for this facility to open, as it is arguably the most difficult time of the year for parents who have lost their babies.

Baby loss awareness week is a wholesome opportunity to bring the community together and give a safe and supportive space to anyone affected by pregnancy and baby loss, to share experiences and not feel alone. Our new space does this perfectly and serves as a quiet, peaceful space to reflect.

We are very thankful to the continued help from our community that has allowed MY Hospitals Charity to support such an important cause.
